Pregnancy can often bring with it a mixture of emotional, practical and health implications. Pregnancy coaching can afford you the opportunity to meet on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis to work through any of the issues you may be feeling. We will look at providing you with up to date evidence based information, support you through decisions you may need to make, provide tools and strategies to cope with stress, sleeplessness and anxiety. You may need to debrief a previous birth and/or pregnancy. The aim of the sessions are to leave you feeling supported, calm and empowered as you become closer to your birth.
