Pregnancy Relaxation & Stress Management

Pregnancy can be stressful and provide an anxious and worrying time for new mums-to-be, which in turn can adversely impact the wellbeing of our children in utero. Our Pregnancy relaxation courses allow mothers some well deserved time out from problems, difficulties and responsibilities and provides the body with time to rest from the effects of any underlying stress and worry.
Once your baby has arrived then self-care is vital as the motherhood journey begins.
These relaxation sessions can be booked privately and provide a wonderful boost to your feelings of general wellbeing. We also offer relaxation sessions for you and your birth partner to help prepare you for the birth, and for groups of friends.
