Nutrition in Pregnancy – 7/8th July 2021
During pregnancy choosing what food to eat in order to get the right nutrients, is more important than ever. In this 6 hour session, Nutritionist Katie Angotti, shares advice on the key nutrients for foetal development, what to eat to prepare for labour and nutritional tips to support breastfeeding. Katie will also be discussing how to manage key challenges such as gestational diabetes and detailing NICE guidance.
The interactive 6 hour session is online, with time for Q&As. All course attendees will be provided with a handout after the session.

Katie Angotti is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist (RNutr), accredited with the Association for Nutrition and member of the Royal Society for Public Health. Katie has been practicing nutrition for over 10 years, specialising in maternal and infant health across the first 1000 days, during which time she has worked across the NHS, food industry, and as a private nutrition consultant. Katie started her own business, Katie Angotti Nutrition, following the birth of her son, and combines her passion for nutrition with hands on experience of feeding a baby and growing toddler.
